综述了薏苡仁的营养成分、药理作用及应用前景,为薏苡仁的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
The nutritional compenent,pharmacological functions and application prospect of coix seed were reviewed,in order to provide the reference for further development and utilization of coix seed.
