免疫增强药物对三黄鸡生产性能及免疫效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]比较多种免疫增强药物对三黄鸡雏鸡的生长效能及免疫效果的影响,为临床用药提供参考。[方法]选取2400只1日龄健康三黄鸡雏鸡,随机分为4组。除对照组外,其余各组免疫前后5d分别用黄芪多糖、优乐舒和多康饮水。用血凝抑制试验(HI)测鸡血清新城疫和禽流感抗体效价,并对全群称重,记录采食情况。试验结束时每组随机抽取6只鸡,空腹称重后,放血致死,取出脾、法氏囊和胸腺称重,计算免疫器官指数。[结果]各组生产指标无显著差异。黄芪多糖组分别与优乐舒组和对照组的法氏囊指数差异极显著(P<0.01);各组胸腺指数无明显差异;多康组分别与黄芪多糖组和对照组的脾脏指数差异显著(P<0.05)。ND抗体效价:7d时,黄芪多糖组与对照组抗体滴度差异极显著(P<0.01),35d时,差异显著(P<0.05);28d时,优乐舒组与对照组抗体滴度差异显著(P<0.05)。H9抗体效价在28d时,多康组分别与黄芪多糖组、对照组抗体滴度差异显著(P<0.05)。H5抗体效价在28d时,黄芪多糖组与对照组抗体滴度差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]3种免疫增强药物可明显促进肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官发育和维持抗体水平。 [Objective]To study the effects of several kinds of Immunoenhancements on the growth performance and immune response in Sanhuang chicken,so as to provide reference for medicine use in clinical.[Method]A total of 2 400 one-day-old Sanhuang chickens were randomly divided into four groups.Except for the control group,Astragalus membranaceus(APS),Youleshu,Duokang were fed to the other groups before and after immunity infection with 5 d,respectively.The antibody valences of Newcastle disease and Avian influenza were detected by Hemagglutination inhibition test(HI),weighing in whole group and recording intake case.Six chickens were randomly selected and slaughtered at the end of experiment.Spleen,bursa of fabricius and thymus gland were weighted,and immune organ index was then calculated.[Result]There was no significant difference between groups in production performance.The bursal indexes of APS group were very significantly higher than Youleshu and control groups(P0.01).The thymus index showed no significant difference among all the groups.The spleen index of Duokang group were significantly higher than APS group and control group(P0.05).The ND HI antibody titer of APS group was very significantly higher than control group(P0.01)in on day 7,significantly higher(P0.05)on day 35;The ND HI antibody titer of Youleshu group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05)on day 28;The ND HI antibody titer of Duokang group was significantly different from that of control group(P0.05)on day 35.The H9 antibody titers of Duokang group was significantly higher than that of the APS group and control group(P0.05)on day 28.H5 antibody titer of APS group was significantly different form that of control group(P0.05)on day 28.[Conclusion]Three kinds of Immunoenhancements can significantly improve the growth performance,serum antibody titers in chickens.
