摘要
[目的]为研究K2HPO4诱导寄主植物产生抗病性的机理提供参考。[方法]分别用10、20、30、40、50mmol/LK2HPO4处理烟草1、3、5、7、9d后对烟草接种赤星病菌,研究不同处理烟草赤星病的发生情况。[结果]10~50mmol/LK2HPO4诱导处理后,烟草赤星病的病情指数分别为8.27、4.54、5.38、5.76、7.01,5个处理的诱导抗病效果分别为33.47%、63.48%、56.72%、53.66%、43.60%;K2HPO4诱导处理后1d接种即可使烟草产生抗性,诱导处理后3d接种的诱导抗病效果最好,达62.92%;K2HPO4诱导烟草产生的赤星病抗性具有系统性。[结论]K2HPO4可有效诱导烟草产生赤星病抗性,且其最佳使用浓度为20mmol/L。
[Objective]The purpose was to provide reference for researching the generation mechanism of disease-resistance of host plant induced with K2HPO4.[Method]The tobacco plants was treated with 10,20,30,40 and 50 mmol/L K2HPO4 for 1,3,5,7 and 9 d,then they were inoculated with brown-spot pathogen for studying the occurrence of brown-spot disease in tobacco in different treatments.[Result]After the tobacco plants were induced with 10-50 mmol/L K2HPO4,the disease indexes of brown-spot disease in tobacco were 8.27,4.54,5.38,5.76 and 7.01 resp.and the induced disease-resistant effects of the 5 treatments 33.47%,63.48%,56.72%,53.66% and 43.60% resp.Inoculation after induction treatment with K2HPO4 for 1 d could make tobacco generate resistance and the induced disease-resistant effect of inoculation after induction treatment for 3 d was best,being up to 62.92%.The resistance of tobacco against brown-spot disease induced with K2HPO4 was systematic.[Conclusion]K2HPO4 could effectively induce tobacco to generate resistance against brown-spot disease and its optimum use concn.was 20 mmol/L.
