啶虫脒和草甘膦及其复合污染对水螅的毒性作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为环境污染条件下水体的监测、评价和治理提供基础资料。[方法]以大乳头水螅为试材,分别开展不同浓度啶虫脒和草甘膦2种农药对其的急性毒性和慢性毒性试验。[结果]啶虫脒和草甘膦对水螅的96hLC50分别为18.31和72.29mg/L。单因子慢性毒性试验结果表明,随着水螅世代数的增加,其繁殖世代数、农药浓度及两者的交互作用对其世代时间均具有显著影响;高浓度组药液中水螅的世代时间显著长于低浓度组。双因子复合慢性毒性试验结果表明,随着水螅世代数的增加,2种农药的组合方式对其世代时间的影响更加显著。[结论]该研究为污染水体的评价提供了依据。 [Objective]The purpose was to supply base data for monitoring,evaluation and treatment of water body in polluted environment.[Method]With Hydra magnipapillata as tested material,the acute and chronic toxicity tests of 2 kinds of pesticides acetamiprid and glyphosate at different concn.on it were developed.[Result] The LC50 of 96 h of acetamiprid and glyphosate on H.magnipapillata were 18.31 and 72.29 mg/L resp.The results from single-factor chronic toxicity test showed that as the generation number of H.magnipapillata was increased,its generation number of propagation,pesticide concn.and their interaction had significant influence on its generation time;the generation time of H.magnipapillata in pesticide solution of high concn.group was significantly longer than that of low concn.group.The results from double-factor compound chronic toxicity test indicated that as the generation number of H.magnipapillata was increased,the influence of combination pattern of the 2 pesticides on its generation time was more significant.[Conclusion] This study provided basis for evaluation on polluted water body.
