信阳市琵琶山垃圾填埋场渗滤液的微藻去污研究

Research on the Microalgae Decontamination of Pipa Hill Landfill Leachate in Xinyang City

从琵琶山垃圾填埋场收集垃圾渗滤液(Landfill Leachate,LFL),用标准方法进行理化分析,在LFL中接种钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis,SP),观察其细胞生长并比较接种前后9天LFL中主要污染物的质量浓度变化,结果表明,SP对LFL污染物有显著的去除作用。

Landfill leachate was collected from Pipa Hill landfill site.The physical and chemical analysis was made by using the national standard method.Spirulina platensis（SP）was inoculated in LFL to observe the algae cell growth.And the mass concentration changes of main pollutants in LFL before and after inoculating 9 days were compared.The results showed that SP can remove pollutants in LFL efficiently.
