摘要 [目的]优化污泥脱水工艺。[方法]以某石化企业水厂污泥为材料,以污泥沉降性能、比阻和滤饼含水率为指标从6种不同型号的絮凝剂(Z10、Z20、Z40、Z50、Z80、Z90)中筛选调理效果最好的絮凝剂,并通过正交试验确定污泥脱水的最佳工艺。[结果]最佳絮凝剂为Z50;污泥脱水的最佳工艺参数为Z50投加量2ml/100ml,搅拌水平150r/min10s、50r/min10min,过滤压力0.04MPa;污泥浓度与药剂最佳投加量具有良好的线性关系,利用该关系有望改变现有的人工加药方式,实现加药自动化控制,提高絮凝剂的使用效率。[结论]该研究筛选出了污泥脱水的最佳絮凝剂和最佳工艺条件。 [Objective]The purpose was to optimize the dewatering process of sludge.[Method]With sludge from water factory of some lithification enterprise as material,settleability,specific resisting force of sludge and water content in filter cake as indexes,the flocculant with best regulation effect was screened out from flocculants of 6 different patterns(Z10,Z20,Z40,Z50,Z80 and Z90)and the optimum process of sludge dewatering was confirmed through orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum flocculant was Z50.The optimum process parameters of sludge dewatering were as follows:the addition amount of Z250 was 2 ml/100 ml,the stirring levels were 150 r/min for 10 s and 50 r/min for 10 min and the filtration pressure was 0.04 MPa.The sludge concn.had good linear relationship with optimum addition amount of pesticides.By utilizing this relationship,it was possible to change present method of manually adding pesticides,realize automatic control of pesticide addition and enhance the utilization efficiency of flocculant.[Conclusion] In this research,the optimum flocculant and optimum process conditions of sludge dewatering were screened out.
