摘要 马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)用MSBS代表,以它为增容剂,研究了SBS对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的共混增韧改性。结果表明:MSBS能明显改善SBS与PVC的相容性,使共混物分散相SBS相区尺寸明显减小,分布更均匀,共混物的玻璃化转变温度内移,常温和低温下缺口冲击强度增大。当PVC/SBS/MSBS为75:25:4时,共混物的常温缺口冲击强度为58.3 kJ/m^2,低温(-20℃)缺口冲击强度为35.5 kJ/m^2。 The blending of PVC and SBS was studied in order to improve the toughness of PVC with maleic anhydride grafted (MSBS) as compatibilizer. The results showed that MSBS improved the compatibility between PVC and SBS remarkably, and made the particle size of SBS as dispersion phase in the blend become smaller obviously, the phase distribution of SBS get more uniform and the Tgs of the blend shift centrally. In addition, the notched impact strengths at ambient temperature and low temperature were also raised. When the ratios of PVC/SBS/MSBS were 75 : 25 : 4, the notched impact strength was 58.3 kJ/ m2 at ambient temperature, and 35.5 kJ/ m2 at low temperature .
