摘要
[目的]探讨不同栽培基质和植物生长调节剂对芳香植物种子萌发的影响。[方法]以普罗旺斯薰衣草、法国百里香和柠檬草薄荷为试验材料,研究园表土、营养土+砂以及营养土+陶粒3种不同栽培基质,以及GA3和6-BA2种生长调节剂对种子萌发的影响。[结果]3种芳香植物种子在营养土+陶粒的栽培基质中萌发较好;GA3和6-BA对3种芳香植物种子的萌发都有促进作用,且GA3的促进作用较为明显。[结论]芳香植物用GA3处理并在营养土+陶粒的栽培基质中培育效果较好。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of cultivation substrates and somatotropic hormones on the germination of aromatic seeds.[Method] A total of three kinds of aromatic plants were selected as experiment plant.The effects of three kinds of cultivation substrates including the normal soil substrate,the nutrient soil and sand substrate,the nutrient soil and ceramsite substrate on the germination days,seeding rate and seeding growth of three aromatic plants treated by different concentration of somatotropic hormones including GA3 and 6-BA were investigated.[Result] The results showed that the germination of three aromatic plant seeds cultivated in nutrient soil and ceramsite substrate were better;GA3 and 6-BA both had a role in promoting seed germination of the three kinds of aromatic plants;the germination of all the three aromatic plant seeds treated by GA3 were higher than that by 6-BA.[Conclusion] Aromatic plant seeds treated by GA3 growth well in nutrient soil and ceramsite substrate.
