摘要
对加有稳定剂的防滴膜进行热处理,发现在一定温度下,热处理一定时间后,无滴期大大地延长,超过一定时间则无滴期又开始下降。这一现象是由于热处理改变了稳定剂在膜内的分散状态及稳定剂与防滴剂的相互作用的结果。电镜照片直接证实了这种改变。力学性能测试结果表明,热处理后防滴膜的拉伸强度、直角撕裂强度略上升,伸长率略下降。
The anti - fogging PE film with stabilizer was processed with heat - treating. The results showed that anti-fogging service life of the film was greatly prolonged after being treated at certain temperature for certain time, and then began to drop down when the heat treating continued. It was considered that the phenomenon was due to the change of dispersive status of the stabilizer under heat treating, as confirmed directly by TEM, as weU as the interaction between stabilizer and anti-fogging agent in the films. The mechanical tests of the films demonstrated that the tensile strength and right angle tearing strength increased a little while the elongation at rupture decreased a little after heat - treating.
