摘要
以SO42-/TiO2型固体超强酸为催化剂,采用微型固定床反应器,通过连续法对乙酸和丁酯进行的酯化反应作了研究。找出了反应的最佳条件,即反应温度100℃,加料速度10mL/h。最后在最佳条件下,当醇酸摩尔比为1:1时,反应转化率达92.0%。
Using SO42-/TiO2 solid super acid as cataylst,the reaction of acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol was studied in fixed bed micro-reactor by continuous process.At last,the best reaction condition was determined,and under this condition,92.0% starting material could be converted into n-butyl acetate.
