喙果鸡血藤扦插育苗试验

Experiment of Cutting Seedling-raising of Millettia tsui Metc

用正交试验方法在湖南省森林植物园对喙果鸡血藤进行了扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:各因素最佳组合是以纯黄土为基质、双吉尔(GGR)为促根剂、浓度300 mg/kg,生根成活率为70%。以5月扦插的生根成活率较好,平均成活率为46.4%。6月生根最低,平均仅为12.44%。经过采用自然野生萌发与人工直接点播对比试验,人工直接点播的发芽率为90%,发芽率较高,播种繁殖容易。

Using orthogonal test methods,the cutting propagation test of Millettia tsui Metc was conducted in the Hunan Forest Botanical Garden.The results showed that the best combination of various factors was to take yellow soil as the basic media and rooting powder GGR 300 mg/kg,and the survival rate was 70%.The survival rate of cutting propagation was the highest in May,reached 46.4% on average.The survival rate was the lowest in June,reached 12.44% on average.In the nature germination and manual spot seeding contrast trial,seeding propagation was found to be easier,and the germination rate of the manual spot seeding was 90% which was relatively high.
