摘要
采用特异性引物PCR扩增获得了河川沙塘鳢细胞色素b基因序列,并与塘鳢科其余22种细胞色素b基因序列进行比对,运用Mega 3.1软件通过NJ法构建了塘鳢科鱼类系统发育树。结果显示:2尾试验鱼构成1支;Eleotris、Hypseleotri 2个属构成1支;Odontobutis、Perccottus glehni 2个属构成1支;Bostrychus、Butis、Oxyeleotris、Ophiocara 4个属构成1支;Ptereleotris heteroptera单独构成1支。该研究结果可为深入探讨沙塘鳢属及塘鳢科鱼类的系统分类与重新整理提供依据。
The DNA sequences of 1 107 bp mitochondrial cytochrome b gene fragment of Odontobutis potamophila were analyzed with Mega 3.1.The molecular phylogenetic tree was based on the sequences of 22 Eleotridae species with neighbor-joiningmethod(NJ)respectively.The results showed that the phylogenetic relationship between the two samples was closer than else;Eleotris and Hypseleotri,Odontobutis and Perccottus glehni,Bostrychus and Butis and Oxyeleotris and Ophiocara,Ophiocara,each formed a monophyletic branch.These results may be helpful for further understanding systematic classfication and rearrangment of the Odontobutis and Eleotridae fishes.
