摘要
本文提出了一种在应力腐蚀条件下测试玻璃钢蠕变性能的悬臂梁方法,通过对比实验探讨了应力腐蚀对玻璃钢蠕变性能的影响及其影响机理。结果表明:应力腐蚀作用使试验材料的蠕变强度、蠕变极限和蠕变模量均减小;在应力腐蚀下,材料在不同时刻的蠕变强度的降低程度不同。
In this paper,the cantilever beam method is presented to test the creep properties of glass fiber reinforced plastics(FRP) in corrosive liquid.Based on comparative experiment,the effect of stress corroion on the creep properties of FRP is studied.The results indicate that under stress corrosion the creep strength,creep limit and creep modulus of FRP are all lowered.In addition,the decline of the creep strength varies with the time of creep fracture.
