摘要
从功能的分解、抽象、模块化、封装几个基本方面分析了IEC61850及其在智能化变电站信息系统中的体现。介绍了智能化变电站内的智能电子设备怎样建立遵循IEC61850标准的信息模型和模型内部的关联，探讨了遵循IEC61850标准的建模的过程步骤，给出智能化变电站标准信息系统实例。
This paper analyzes the standard IEC 61850 and its application in the information system of intelligent substation from the aspects of functional decomposition, abstraction, modularization and packaging. The paper also describes how to build information models and model association for the smart electronic equipment in an intelligent substation in compliance with standard IEC 61850. Finally, a modeling procedure meeting to standard IEC 61850 is discussed in connection with an example of the standard information system of intelligent substation.
