研究将彼得·圣吉(Senge)“啤酒游戏”引入供应链管理课程中,将理论内容融合在游戏体验中,让学生学中用,用中学,实现了学与用的有机结合,提高学生的参与性、互动性,引导学生从“啤酒游戏”中深入挖掘所隐含的理论知识,对学生理解供应链管理“系统性”和“链思维”的概念有很大的帮助。
How to make students understand such chain type competition? This paper introduces the "Beer Game" developed by Peter Senge to the teaching of the "Supply Chain Management Course". Incorporating of theoretical knowledge into the game enables students to combine learning with application, thus enhancing their motivation and involvement. Students can Iearn theoretical knowledge from the Beer Game. It is a great help for them to understand the theories of the Supply Chain Management.
