摘要
用ＸＰＳ分析了非晶态和晶态Ｆｅ－Ｃｒ合金镀层表面及内部物质存在形式，并通过Ｘ－射线衍射分析了镀层Ｃｒ含量与晶粒大小的关系，认为Ｆｅ－Ｃｒ非晶态镀层符合微晶结构。
AbstractThe States and structures of crystalline and
noncrystalline FeCr alloy deposits were investigated by XPS and XRD. The amorphous FeCr
deposit showed crystallite structural features. This suggested that the amorphous deposit was
caused by the coeffects of fine grained fessit and CrC inclusions with the increase of chromiun
content.
