摘要
目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗嵌顿性股疝的效果。方法回顾分析我院2004年l月至2009年11月24例嵌顿性股疝患者应用腹膜前间隙平铺网片修补耻骨肌孔进行手术治疗的临床资料。结果全组病例术后均痊愈,无局部异物感,无感染,随诊无复发。结论腹膜前间隙网片修补耻骨肌孔是对腹股沟区的全面修补,是治疗股疝的一种合理而理想的手术方式。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy in treatment of acute incarcerated femoral hernia.Methods A retrospective study was made to analyze the clinical data of 24 patients with acute incarcerated femoral hernia treated by preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy between 2004 to 2009.Results All cases were well recovered,there were no complications,such as infection,local foreign body sensation,and recurrence. Conclusions It was a reasonable and ideal surgical method to repair groin region overally with preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy.
