联合用药治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察及护理

Effect observation of drug combination in treating ectopic pregnancy and nursing care

目的探讨联合用药治疗异位妊娠的疗效及护理措施。方法 50例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,治疗组给予氨甲蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮治疗,对照组单纯给予MTX治疗,2组均给予相同的护理措施。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为73.3%和93.3%均高于对照组的60.0%和85.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 MTX与米非司酮联合用药治疗异位妊娠疗效较好,给予相应的护理使患者用药期间的舒适度增加,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of drug combination in treating ectopic pregnancy and nursing measure.Methods 50 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 and control group of 20.The treatment group received MTX and mifepristone,while the control group received MTX only.2 groups received the same nursing care.Observed 2 groups＇ clinical efficacy and adverse reaction situation.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 73.3% and 93.3% respectively,which was respectively higher than 60.0% and 85.0% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Both groups didn＇t happen severe adverse reaction.Conclusion Treating ectopic pregnancy with drug combination of MTX and mifepristone has good efficacy,and combining with corresponding nursing care can increase the comfortable degree during administration,so it is worth clinical popularization and application.
