我院口服降糖药使用情况调查分析

Analysis on the application status of oral drugs for diabetes in our hospital

目的了解该院口服降糖药物使用现状。方法对2009年该院门诊口服降糖药物的种类、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果该院门诊2009年应用的口服降糖药物中,双胍类、磺脲类及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂3类最为常用,DDDs居前4位的是国产二甲双胍、国产格列齐特、格列齐特Ⅱ、阿卡波糖。结论该院口服降血糖药应用情况基本合理。

Objective To realize the application status of oral drugs for diabetes（DM） in our hospital.Methods Figured out and analyzed the kind and DDDs of oral drugs for DM in out-patient of our hospital in 2009.Results Biguanides,sulfonylureas and alpha-glucosidase inhibitors were the first 3 most common kinds among all kinds of oral drugs for DM in out-patient of our hospital in 2009.Depending on DDDs order,the first 4 drugs were domestic metformin,domestic gliclazide,gliclazideⅡ,acarbose.Conclusion The use of oral drugs for DM in our hospital appears reasonable.
