肥胖人群内脏脂肪素、脂联素水平与骨密度关系探讨 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究55岁以上肥胖患者内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)、脂联素水平与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法 271例>55岁健康体检者按照体质量指数(BMI)分为正常体质量组74例、超体质量组105例、肥胖组92例,均记录年龄、BMI、腰臀比(WHR),酶联免疫吸附剂(ELISA)测定Visfatin、脂联素水平,双能X线吸收测量法(DEXA)测定腰椎、股骨均值(BMD),分析年龄、BMI、WHR、Visfatin、脂联素水平与BMD的相关性。结果 3组年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肥胖组和超体质量组BMI、WHR、Visfatin均明显高于正常体质量组(P<0.05),肥胖组脂联素水平均明显低于超体质量组和正常体质量组(均P<0.05);肥胖组BMI、WHR、Visfatin均高于超体质量组和正常体质量组,脂联素水平低于超体质量组和正常体质量组(P<0.05)。肥胖组、超体质量组腰椎、股骨均值(BMD)均明显高于正常体质量组(P<0.05),但超体质量组与肥胖组腰椎、股骨均值BMD比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。直线相关分析显示腰椎、股骨均值(BMD)均与年龄、脂联素呈负相关,与BMI、WHR、Visfatin呈正相关。结论 >55岁肥胖人群Visfa-tin、脂联素水平与骨密度有密切关系。
