诱导型一氧化氮合酶在糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经中的表达及其与传导速度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶在糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经中表达的动态变化及其对神经传导速度的影响。方法建立糖尿病大鼠动物模型,分别在成模后第1、3、6个月时测定坐骨神经传导速度和诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达量。结果 (1)与正常对照组相比,诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达在糖尿病各组均明显增强(P<0.05);(2)坐骨神经传导速度:与正常对照组相比,糖尿病模型1个月、3个月时大鼠坐骨神经传导速度未见明显下降,第6个月时则明显下降(P<0.05)。结论诱导型一氧化氮合酶在糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经中的表达增强,推断诱导型一氧化氮合酶在糖尿病周围神经病变的发病机制中起一定作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide(iNOS) and its effection on the sciatic nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) in diabetic rats. Methods The model of diabetes was induced by streptozotocin. The SNCV and iNOS were observed at 1 month, 3 month and 6 month during the experiment respectively. Results The expression of iNOS of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats was markedly higher than NC (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with NC, SNCV was significantly slower in 6 month group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with NC, SNCV was no significantly different in 3 month and 6 month group. Conclusion The expression of iNOS of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats was activated. It may act an important role in the pathogenesis of peripheral neuropathy in diabetes.
