摘要
目的探讨脾囊肿的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析1995年1月～2008年12月收治的15例脾囊肿病例的临床资料。结果 15例均手术治疗,行全脾切除12例,其中1例保留了副脾,2例行脾片移植;行半脾及囊肿切除3例。本组均治愈。结论脾囊肿较少见,目前病因仍未明了。B型超声、CT等影像学检查是脾囊肿的主要诊断方法,治疗以脾脏切除为主并根据不同性质的病变采取相应的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of spleen cyst. Methods Fifteen cases admitted from Jan 1995 to Dec. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 15 cases were treated with operation , 12 had complete splenectomy , among which 1 had accessory spleen reserved, 2 undergone spleenflake transplant ;3 pationts had semisplanec- tomy and cyst resection. All patients were cured. Couclusion Spleen cyst is not very common. It＇s pathogeny is still not very clear. B - US and CT are the important diagnostic methods for the spleen cyst. Splenectomy is the main treatment for splenic tumor and therapeutics should be adopted according to the nature of splenic diseases.
