从糖尿病患者就诊经历浅析医患沟通 被引量:4

摘要 医患沟通是医疗服务质量的重要范畴,良好的医患沟通可以减少医疗纠纷的发生。医患沟通既体现在技术、管理层面上,也体现在医务人员的服务态度、道德修养、言行举止等方面。医者与患者沟通过程中,掌握沟通技巧,明确沟通内容,拥有良好的心态是建立与维护一个健康、平等、和谐的医患关系的基础。
