摘要
目的 总结Nuss矫形术治疗漏斗胸围手术期的护理经验.方法 分析本科室应用微创Nuss矫形术治疗漏斗胸的9例临床资料.结果 所有病例手术均获成功,9例患儿均恢复良好,胸部矫形满意,术后无并发症发生.结论 围手术期精心护理,术后严密观察病情变化以及做好出院后康复指导是保证手术成功的关键.
Objective To explore the nursing for patients receiving Nuss procedure for treating pectus excavatum. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 9 case of pectus exeavatum patients who receiving Nuss procedure. Results All operation were successfully completed. The patients have good recover and have no complications. The chest orthopedic has good effect. Conclusion C.ood perioperative care, after close observation of the disease, detect and take positive and effective treatment of complications, and good rehabilitation guidance were important links to ensure the success of operation.
