摘要
利用铁谱技术考察了兰炼石化院开发的高效内燃机磨合油与普通机油对４９２ＱＢ１６型汽油机的磨合效果，结果表明：高效内燃机磨合油能缩短磨合时间，改善磨合性能。最后确定了采用高效内燃机磨合油后较为合理的４９２ＱＢ１６型汽油机出厂磨合规范。
The effects of high efficiency internal combustion engine break - in oil developed by Petro-chemical Research institute of LPPCC and general engine oil on 492QB16 type gasoline engine were investigatedwith ferrography technology. The results showed that this break -in oil can short the break - in time and im-prove the break - in performances. At last, the more reasonable break-in regulation of 492Q1316 type gasolineengine for ex factory was determined after tising the high efficiency internal combustion engine break-in oil.
