摘要
按照波兰学者Szewczyk的思路,和凝胶渗透色谱定标曲线的线性部分方程LogM=a-bV,推导并建立了一种适用于凝胶色谱宽分散样品的实用定标法。采用的是以数均分子量为基础的迭代变量定标法,通过计算机确定a、b值,结果表明:该方法的结果具有和Szewczyk结果相同的可计算性。并将该方法应用于聚异丁烯和聚醚的分子量及其分布测定,取得准确、满意的结果。
According to the idea of Szewczyk (scholar from Poland) and,the linear equation of calibrationcurve in GPC (LogM = a - bV), infered and set up a kind of practical calibration method that is suitable for thewide dispersion sample of GPC which take calibration method of iteration variable based on average molecularweight. The values of a and b were calculated through BASIC language. The result showed that this method hasthe same calculability as Szewczyk's. Applied this method to determinate Mw and Mw contribution of poly-isobutylene and polyether, a satisfied effect was obtained.
