自分散法制SiC窑具的研究

A STUDY OF KILN FURNITURE OF SiC MADE BY SELF-DISPERSING

利用自分散法进行了低温烧成ＳｉＣ窑具的研究，对各种金属粉末及供氧剂作了试验，结果表明：这种方法对于研制具有良好热稳定性的ＳｉＣ窑具制品是可行的。

By means of self-dispersing, Kiln Furniture of SiC was fired at low temperature.And various kinds of metals agents of oxygen supply were investigated too.The result shows that in this way,it is possible to develop kiln furniture of SiC with good thermostability.
