摘要
本文利用全国综合社会调查数据(CGSS-2003)分析我国劳动力市场反映出来的过度教育现象。研究显示,我国劳动力市场虽显示出过度教育现象,但与此同时,过度教育收入模型(ORU)检验结果表明,过度教育分配理论能够解释我国过度教育现象产生的机理,即:导致我国过度教育产生的主要原因是劳动力配置的低效率,而加快劳动力市场改革是消除过度教育现象、保证经济平稳发展的必然选择。
Based on the data of General Social Survey of China(CGSS-2003), this paper analyses the phenomenon of over education on China labour market and conducts an empirical test. The results show that although over education exists on China labour market, adequate education is still in the main situation. Moreover, ORU results imply that assignment theory of over education can best explain the mechanism of over education in China. Allocation inefficiency of labour force is the major reason. Therefore, China should accelerate the structural reform of labour market to reduce the extent of over education and assure the stable development of economy.
