摘要
本文旨在梳理欧盟近年来在终身学习政策制订和实践上的发展历程,解读欧盟推动终身学习的社会背景、政策理念和实施途径,对其体现出的特色与经验进行评析,为我国终身教育体系的构建提供借鉴。
This paper aims to sort out the history and progress of EU's lifelong learning policy development and practice in recent years, and interpret the European Union's promotion of lifelong learning from the perspectives of social background, policy ideas and implementation approaches. The paper analyzes the objectives and content of series of EU's major lifelong learning policies as well as their respective characteristics and successful experience, as reference for our administrative departments at all levels according to their actual needs and goals in promoting lifelong education policy development and practical activities.
