民族团结以民族平等为前提和基础,是民族平等的表现和结果。民族平等和民族团结是中国共产党的一贯主张和追求,是中国共产党民族理论政策的宗旨和目标。民族区域自治是维护和发展民族团结的基本政治制度。民族区域自治是中国共产党人对马克思主义民族理论的重大发展。民族区域自治制度在中国的实践卓有成效,表现了巨大的优越性。所以,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度是维护和发展民族团结的关键。

Nathinal equality is the basis of nathinal unity,and ethic unity is the manifest and result of nathinal equality.As being always claimed and pursued,national equality and unity are the principles and targets of CCP＇ nathinal theories and policies.Nathinal regional autonomy is a basic political system to keep and develop nathinal unity successfully,and it＇s also a big development to nathinal theories and policies of Marxism by CCP.In China,the practice of national regional autonomy had made a big progress,which showed its huge superiority.Hence,the key to develop national unity is to uphold and perfect national regional autonomy system.
