摘要
通过对利益相关者理论及其应用的回顾,文章提出我国宗教旅游利益相关者由宗教旅游者、旅游企业、政府部门、当地社区、行业协会、相关宗教人士、非政府组织、学术界和专家、新闻媒体、社会公众等构成,分析目前我国宗教旅游的"三角"利益互动机制的弊端,并初步构建我国宗教旅游发展的利益协调机制理想模型,以期对我国宗教旅游研究与实践提供一定的借鉴作用。
Based on review of the stakeholder theory and its application in the field of tourism, this paper proposes the composition of Chinese religious tourism stakeholders as follows: government, local community, tourism enterprises, tourists, media, academics and experts, related religious people and common person, makes an analysis of the shortcomings of the "triangle mechanism", and preliminarily constructs the interest coordination mechanism among different stakeholders. It is expected to give a certain reference to the research and sustainable development of domestic religious tourism.
