摘要
采用温室大棚扦插育苗等不同的试验设计进行了中国沙棘雌株的扦插试验,试验结果表明,不同处理间成活率差异显著。大棚扦插利于沙棘生根,成活率高,生长也较好。
Applying different experiment design as cutting propagation in greenhouse to conduct cutting on female plant of Chinese sea buckthorn,the results showed there were significant difference in survival rate among different treatment,cutting in greenhouse was best for rooting with high survival rate and growth well.
