宫颈癌中Eag1钾离子通道的表达以及缺氧对其的调控作用

摘要 目的研究不同病变宫颈组织中Eag1以及宫颈癌Hela细胞膜上Eag1钾离子通道表达的情况。方法采用免疫组化、免疫荧光法,检测不同宫颈组织(慢性宫颈炎组20例,宫颈上皮内瘤变组40例)和宫颈癌(宫颈鳞癌组80例)Hela细胞中Eagl蛋白的表达。结果宫颈上皮内瘤变组Eagl蛋白的表达[32.50%(13/40)]明显高于慢性宫颈炎组[5.00%(1/20)](P〈0.01),宫颈癌组Eag1的表达[65.00%(52/80)]明显高于宫颈上皮内瘤变组(32.50%);Eagl的表达随临床分期的增高而增加;与病理分级无明显相关性。正常培养的宫颈癌Hela细胞中即有Eag1表达。结论Eag1钾离子通道蛋白在宫颈癌发生、发展中起重要的作用,其水平升高可能导致肿瘤向恶性表型发展。
