试论促进我国装备制造业自主创新的最优对策选择

The Discussion about the Best Choice of Countermeasure to Improve the Independent Innovation Ability of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry

在对促进装备制造业自主创新的对策进行分类基础上,通过构建演化博弈模型对不同种类的对策进行尝试性的评价与比较。结果显示,在装备制造业较高的创新成果独占性条件下,重点支持具有创新优势的企业,降低其创新成本是政府促进我国装备制造业自主创新的最优对策。而且支持力度应随政府预算扩大及优势企业与劣势企业创新成本差距的加大而提高。

On the basis of classifying countermeasures for promoting independent innovation of equipment manufacturing industry,this paper tentatively evaluates and compared the different types of countermeasures through constructing evolutional game model.The results show that the government＇s best countermeasure is to mainly provide support on the enterprises with innovation advantages and reduce its innovation costs for promoting independent innovation of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry.In the meantime,the support dynamics should be increased along with the increasing of government budget and the gap of innovation costs between competitive enterprises and inferior enterprises.
