摘要
在将家族企业网络区分为人际关系网络、经济网络和混合网络的基础上,利用浙江和重庆等东西部省市266家样本家族企业的调查数据,实证检验了家族企业的网络结构、关系治理与网络组织学习之间的基本关系,结果发现:第一,总体上看,网络中心度、信任对家族企业组织间知识转移和创新均具有显著的正向影响,网络性质对家族企业组织间知识转移也具有显著的正向影响;第二,从网络性质来看,在家族企业人际关系网络中,网络中心度、信任对知识转移有显著的正向影响。在家族企业经济网络中,网络中心度、信任对知识转移有显著的正向影响,但网络关系持久度对知识转移却产生了显著的负向影响。无论是在家族企业人际关系网络还是经济网络中,网络结构对创新行为均无显著的影响,但创新行为将显著地受到家族企业组织间信任水平的影响。
Based on the classification of family business network which are personal relationship network,economic network and mixed network,this paper studies the fundamental relationship among network structure,relational governance and organizational learning of family business network by using the investigation data from 266 sample family businesses in the provinces and city of west and east China,such as Zhejiang,Chongqing and etc.The results indicate that:(1) generally,centrality of network and trust have significantly positive influence on knowledge acquisition and innovation among organizations of family business. Network nature has significantly positive influence on knowledge acquisition;(2)from the view of network nature,the centrality of network and trust have significantly positive influence on knowledge acquisition in the personal relationship network of family business.However,the duration of network has significantly negative influence on knowledge acquisition.The network structure has no significantly influence on innovation neither in personal relationship network nor in economic network of family business,but the innovative behavior will be significantly affected by trust level among organizations of family business.
