摘要
组织公民行为体现的是员工的合作意愿,与组织绩效密切相关,因此保持并强化组织公民行为显得异常重要,社会嵌入观点为组织公民行为的保持和强化提供了分析视角,组织公民行为不仅受积极组织背景特征的影响,在行为实施过程也会产生有利于组织公民行为持续和强化的因素。
The organizational citizenship behavior manifests the cooperative willingness of employees and it is closely related to organizational performance,therefore,it is important to maintain and enforce OCB.The views of social embeddedness provide an analysis perspective for maintenance and enforcement of OCB.The positive contextual features can influence OCB and the factors that can maintain and enforce OCB are likely to be produced in the process of implementation of OCB.
