摘要
本文研究了从茶叶中提取咖啡因的2种方法:①"茶叶中加入生石灰在索氏提取器中用95%乙醇提取-升华法";②"碳酸钠水溶液热浸取二氯甲烷萃取法".结果表明,用索氏提取法比碳酸钠水溶液热浸取二氯甲烷萃取法的效果要好,且更经济实用.
In this paper,we used 2 methods to extract caffeine from tea： ＂tea by adding lime in the Soxhlet extractor using 95% ethanol extraction-distillation of Law＂、＂hot aqueous solution of sodium carbonate leaching dichloromethane extraction＂.The results showed that Soxhlet extraction with sodium carbonate aqueous solution than the heat extraction is better than the effect of dichloromethane extraction,and from the cost in terms of more economic.
