摘要
本文介绍了信息素质教育的概念、内涵、发展历程以及美国在信息素质方面的进展;分析了我国高校图书馆开展信息素质教育方面存在的问题,并对于图书馆如何更好地开展信息素质教育提出了相应的发展对策和措施.
In the paper,the author first introduces the concept of information literacy and the development of information literacy education in China.Then analyzes the significance of information literacy education and recommends the practices of the United States of America.At last brings forward some methods to resolve the problems and to improve the general public's information literacy under the information environment in university libraries.
