摘要
建立用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪考察格列齐特片溶出过程的方法。结果表明格列齐特在15.6~97.2μg/mL的浓度范围内,吸收度和浓度的线性关系良好,与UV方法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),该法用于检测格列齐特片溶出过程,显示药物实时溶出曲线图,获得的数据信息完整,反映了药物在体外溶出的全过程,且具有方便、快捷等优点。用光纤溶出度实时测定仪监测市售格列齐特片的溶出过程,该药品溶出度符合国家药典的要求。
To set up the method of mensurating Gliclazide tablets’ dissolving out process by fiber optic medicament dissolution rate real time test instrument. The result shows that the linear relationship between absorbance and concentration is good for Gliclazide tablets in the range of 15.6-97.2μg/mL, which is not obvious different from the one with UV method (P0.05). This method is used to display the dissolution rate of Gliclazide tablets, the obtained information is completed, with showing the real time dissolution graph, and reflecting the whole dissolution process of Gliclazide tablets outside body. It has the advantages of convenience and efficiency. It is concluded that the dissolution rate of Gliclazide tablets meets the demands of national pharmacopoeia, with the real time dissolution process test instrument monitoring the dissolution rate of Gliclazide tablets released to the public.
