摘要
基于对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium candium)在自然条件下的生长环境研究,进行了铁皮石斛的大棚栽培试验。从场地准备,种苗培养到实际栽培、田间管理和收获加工,记述了进行大棚栽培的过程和相关技术,并且对大棚内的温度、湿度、光照进行了长期观测。试验表明铁皮石斛的生长适宜在温度、湿度较高的环境中,适合生长的日平均温度为18.5~28.5℃,相对湿度为80%左右。
Based on the investigation of the growth environment in natural habitat of Dendrobium candidum the greenhouse cultivation test of D. candidum was studied. From the site preparation, planting and cultivation to the actual field management and harvesting processing, the process and relative technologies for greenhouse cultivation were discussed in detail. A long-term observation on the temperature, humidity, light within the canopy was done. The results shows that high temperature and high humidity environment are suitable for the growth of D. candidum, the appropriate daily mean temperature ranges from 18.5 to 28.5℃ and the appropriate relative humidity is 80% or so.
