摘要
为了分析某厂万吨水压机下横梁破坏的原因,本文根据该横梁的箱形几何特征和支撑条件、受力状况,建立了较为实际的力学模型,采用板壳单元,利用空间板系组合结构对水压机下横梁的强度进行了有限元模拟计算,探讨了横梁的破坏原因。
In this paper,we aim at defining the reasons for destroy of 100MN hydraulic press bed.According to the geometry features,supporting conditions,and restraint status of press bed,authors develop a practical 3dmodel with combination of plane/shell elements,then analyze the strength of press bed with finite element method(FEM),we can conclude that the stress concentration at borders of holds in the press bed lead to the destroy of the press bed.Furthermore,some suggestions are provided to improve theory of design of the press bed.
