先天性巨结肠和巨结肠同源病的TH免疫组织化学研究 被引量:1

EXPRESSION VARIATION OF TH IN HIRSCHSPRUNG’S DISEASE AND ALLIED HIRSCHSPRUNG’S DISORDER

摘要 目的了解酪氨酸羟化酶(Tyrosine hydroxylase,TH)在先天性巨结肠(Hirschsprung’s disease,HD)和巨结肠同源病(allied Hirschsprung’s disorder,HAD)肠组织中的表达,观察TH与先天性巨结肠及其同源病的相互关系,进一步探讨两种疾病的发病机制。方法用鼠抗人TH单克隆抗体通过免疫组化法对15例先天性巨结肠,11例巨结肠同源病肠组织TH的表达进行研究,10例正常结肠组织作对照。结果结肠狭窄段肌间神经丛和黏膜下神经丛TH阳性纤维在HD、HAD和对照组三者间两两比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TH可能与HD和HAD的发病机制均有关;TH在HD和HAD间的差异表达提示,HD和HAD的发病原因可能不同。 Objective: The study was designed to understand the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) in Hirschsprung’s disease (HD) and allied Hirschsprung’s disorder (HAD), find out the relationship between TH and above two diseases and ulteriorly discuss the pathogenesis of these two diseases, . Methods:TH expressions in the intestinal tissue of 15 cases of HD (male12, female 3) and 11 cases of HAD (male 8, female 3) were detected respectively by using immunohistochemical technique with mouse anti-TH monoclonal antibody, and 10 normal intestinal tissue specimens were designed as control. Results :TH immunoreactive fibers in the myenteric plexuses and submucosal plexuses had statistical meanings between every two groups among HD, HAD and the control (P〈 0.01). Conclusion:Abnormal distribution of TH could correlate the pathogenesis of HD and HAD, but the expression difference of TH in HD and HAD showed that the pathogenesis of HD and HAD were different.
