摘要
图书馆知识共享是提升图书馆整体服务能力的需要,但在实践中还存在着相当多的制约因素,主要有认识因素、经济因素、技术因素、管理因素、基础设施因素、和人员素质因素等,只有科学地处理好各类因素,建立各种行之有效的图书馆知识共享体系及模式才能真正实现图书馆知识共享。
Library knowledge sharing system can promote the library whole serviceability,but there are many restriction factors in reality,such as understanding factors,the economic factors,the technical factor,the management factor,the infrastructure factor,the personnel quality factor and so on.Only when these factors are solved scientifically,effective library knowledge sharing system and mode can really be realized.
