安阳物流业区位研究

THE STUDY OF LOGISTICS REGION POSITION IN ANYANG

本文首先从地域优势、物流资源、物流产业信息化等方面对安阳物流发展的区位优势进行了探讨,然后从物流观念、物流企业组织规模及专业人才现状等方面分析了目前安阳物流业存在的主要问题,并运用SWOT分析法(环境战略分析法)对安阳物流产业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁分别进行了分析与评估,得出四种战略发展方案,即SO、WO、ST、WT战略,结合安阳物流业的发展现状选定SO战略作为安阳物流业的发展战略。

Resources advantage,region advantage and information advantage of logistics industry in Anyang are analyzed firstly in this paper.Then main problems of logistics industry are also studied from ideas,scale of logistics enterprise and professionals.Through the study of advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and menace in Anyang’s logistics industry by using SWOT,the conclusion can be drawn that the SO strategy is fit for the logistics development in Anyang.
