摘要
目的探讨65岁以上老年人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理方法。方法回顾分析2000年10月～2010年10月106例65岁以上老年人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果术后7例肺部感染,2例急性左心衰,8例中转开腹,无死亡病例。结论老年人因免疫力低下,各种组织器官功能存在不同程度的退行性变化,对手术的耐受力下降。但充分有效的围手术期护理措施可以保障手术顺利进行。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the 65 -year- old or older patients. Methods The clinical datas of 106 cases of 65 - year - old or older in our hospital from October 2000 to October 2010 by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 7 cases of postoperative pulmonary infec- tion,2 cases of acute left heart failure,transit laparotomy in 8 cases,no postoperative deaths. Conclusion Elderly people suffered from low immunity, a variety of tissues and organs function in different degrees of degenerative changes ,and decreased tolerance for surgery. But the full and effective perioperative care measures can be sure of the smooth progress of surgery.
