摘要
阐述了全光纤马赫-曾德尔干涉仪的测温原理,并在20-40℃对测温系统进行了标定.利用Matlab数字图像处理技术对温度干涉条纹图像进行处理,设计了计算条纹移动数目的程序.通过测温实验对条纹记数程序进行了检验,有较好的准确度.
A temperature measurement experiment based on the all-fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer is described. The principle of this experiment is introduced. The measurement system is calibrated from 20℃ to 40 ℃. The interference images are processed and the number of fringe shift is counted by the Matlab program utilizing digital image processing technique. This program is verified in the temperature measurement experiment, and good accuracy is achieved.
