米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液IL-6及IFN-γ的作用

Action of mifepristone on IL-6 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients

目的探讨米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者外周血及腹腔液IL-6及IFN-γ的作用。方法外周血单核细胞(PBMC)加植物血凝素诱生培养上清液,ELISA法检测30例子宫内膜异位症患者和20例对照组培养液上清液及腹腔液中的IFN-γ及IL-6水平。结果治疗组腹腔液IFN-γ水平与对照组无显著性差异,而IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),IFN-γ/IL-6比值亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术前IFN-γ水平低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),用药治疗6个月后,IFN-γ分泌较术前有升高,但与术前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组术前IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),用药治疗6个月后,IL-6分泌较术前明显下降(P<0.01),且与对照组无显著性差异。治疗组术前IFN-γ/IL-6比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),用药治疗6个月后较术前明显升高(P<0.05),且与对照组无显著性差异。结论免疫系统的平衡失调可能成为子宫内膜异位症新的病因。测量血清IL-6水平可能作为内异症的一种非创伤性诊断方法。米非司酮用于子宫内膜异位症患者术后的补充治疗,目的在于延长症状缓解时间,降低复发率,增加妊娠几率,减少治疗费用。

Objective It is to approach the action of mifepristone on IL-6 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients.Methods The supernatant was induced and cultured with peripheral blood mononuclear cell plus phytohemagglutinin.The levels of IFN-γ and IL-6 in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of 30 endometriosis patients and 20 homochronous operation patients were detected with ELISA method.Results There was no significant difference on the level of IFN-γ in peritoneal fluid between the two groups.The level of IL-6 in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.IFN-γ/IL-6 ratio in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The level of IFN-γ in treatment group before operation was lower than that in control group,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.After treatment for 6 months,the level of IFN-γ in treatment group was higher than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The level of IL-6 in treatment group before operation was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment for 6 months,the level of IL-6 in treatment group was obviously lower than that before treatment（P〈0.01） and there was no significant difference compared with control group.IFN-γ/IL-6 ratio in treatment group before operation was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment for 6 months,IFN-γ/IL-6 ratio in treatment group was obviously higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05） and there was no significant difference compared with control group.Conclusion Imbalance of immune system may be a new cause of endometriosis.Measuring the level of serum IL-6 may be used as a non-invasive diagnostic method on endometriosis.Mifepristone is used as additional treatment of endometriosis patients after operation.The objective is lengthening symptomatic relief time,lowering the relapse rate,increase the probability of pregnancy and lowering the cost of treatment.
