乳结消丸对乳腺增生病大鼠性激素水平影响的实验研究

Empirical study on influence of Rujiexiao pills on sex hormone level in rat with cyclomastopathy

目的通过观察乳结消丸对实验大鼠乳腺增生病的治疗作用,探讨乳结消丸治疗乳腺增生病的机制。方法选用健康实验大鼠48只,随机分为6组,分别为空白对照组,模型对照组,逍遥丸组,乳结消丸高、中、低剂量组。采用雌、孕激素联合造模制成大鼠乳腺增生病模型。分别使用乳结消丸和逍遥丸灌胃给药,测定各组血浆中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)的含量。结果模型对照组大鼠血清E2明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),P水平明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01)。乳结消丸高、中、低治疗组E2均低于模型对照组(P均<0.01),P水平均升高(P均<0.01)。乳结消丸高剂量组与逍遥丸组比较,E2明显降低(P<0.05),P明显升高(P<0.05)。结论乳结消丸对乳腺增生病大鼠血清E2和P水平有调节作用,该药治疗乳腺增生病是通过对内分泌激素调节而实现的。

Objective It is to approach the mechanism of Rujiexiao pills on cyclomastopathy through observing the therapeutic action of Rujiexiao pills on empirical rat with cyclomastopathy.Methods 48 healthy empirical rats were chosen and randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,Xiaoyao pills group,high-dose Rujiexiao pills group,mid-dose Rujiexiao pills group and low-dose Rujiexiao pills group.The rat models with cyclomastopathy were induced with estrogen combined with progestogen.The rats were given Rujiexiao pills and Xiaoyao pills intragastric administration respectively.The contents of estradiol（E2） and progesterone（P） in plasma in all the groups were determined.Results Compared with blank control group,the level of E2 was obviously heightened（P〈0.01） and the level of P was obviously lowered（P〈0.01） in model control group.Compared with model control group,the level of E2 was lowered（P〈0.01） and the level of P was heightened（P〈0.01） in all Rujiexiao pills groups.Compared with Xiaoyao pills group,the level of E2 was obviously lowered（P〈0.05） and the level of P was obviously heightened（P0.05） in high-dose Rujiexiao pills group.Conclusion Rujiexiao pills have accommodation action on the levels of E2 and P in serum of rats with cyclomastopathy.The therapeutic action of Rujiexiao pills on cyclomastopathy is realized through regulating endocrine hormone.
