摘要
腰轮流量计是目前原油输送过程中精度高、使用较广的一种计量器具,介绍了腰轮流量计的结构、工作原理及优缺点,分析了该流量计在原油外输计量及检定中出现的问题,以及检定流程设计安装、四通换向阀漏失、介质粘度变化对检定结果的影响,并根据实践经验提出了具体建议。
PD flowmeter (Roots flowmeter)is widely used in crude oil transportation. The paper introduces the structure,application,and suitability of PD flowmeter,analyzes the problems arisen in metering and calibration oil transportation and the influence of the design of calibration flowsheet,leakage of cross valve,and change of medium viscosity on calibration results. Based on experience, some suggestions are set forth.
