中西医结合治疗轻度、中度阿尔茨海默病30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of zlzheimer disease at light and midrange in the integrative medicine

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗轻、中度阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）的临床疗效。方法：两组病人分别采用中药配合西药利斯的明和单用利斯得明，依据HAMD量表评分减分表及自拟中医临床等级量表进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组临床有效率为66．7％，对照组临床有效率为53．3％，2组总有效率比较，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：两种方法治疗阿尔茨海默病均有一定的临床效果，但治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，同时减少了利斯的明的用量，降低了副反应的发生率。

Objective： To integrative the clinical observation on treating alzheimer disease in the integrative medicine. Methods： The two groups adopt chinese medicine combined proserine and only proserine. Evaluate curative effect acording to HAMD and TCM clinical measuring scale. Results： Clinical effective power of treatment group is 66.7% and control group is 53.3%.The total effective rate of the two groups has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There are clinical effect for two group but treatment group are better than control group and the adverse reaction has been cut down.
